As we want to be successful, we place great emphasis on the training and education of young people. With our apprenticeships we offer school-leavers an opportunity to prepare themselves for the job market of tomorrow. Training in technical jobs is performed in training workshops specially equipped for this purpose. Needless to say, an experienced team of instructors supports apprentices over the entire training period.
More than 40 apprentices are currently being trained at Carl Zeiss Sports Optics GmbH.
